He said this during the inauguration ceremony to transfer of the chief of Battambang Provincial Court, with Mr Chum Sar as the new chief, replacing Mr Chea Vann that transferred to be the chief of Tbong Khmum Provincial Court on the afternoon of May 20, 2022, at Battambang Provincial Court.
"In the past, as well as now, we have justice centres in the districts, with the function of resolving disputes outside the court system, helping to alleviate and reduce many cases in the provincial courts," he said.
Related to the reform of the judiciary and reducing the hardships of the people, the plaintiffs and defendant find it difficult to travel far and wide in travel expenses.
